Bulletin 086-21 indicates that by December 17, 2021, all local education agencies (LEAs) must submit to OSPI a form to attest that they have actively and authentically engaged in meaningful consultation “to the extent present in, or served by the LEA,” with community members and stakeholders in decisions around the spending of federal ESSER funds to address the academic impact of lost instructional time. This is required by the U.S. Department of Education State Plan for the American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund.

PCM's Board of Trustees will vote on the new school year budget at a regularly scheduled board meeting in August.
